摘要
提出了一种新型Ku波段超宽带微带天线的设计方法,采用E型贴片和接地板"开窗"进行耦合来展宽带宽。使用电磁仿真软件HFSS 11进行仿真设计和优化,仿真结果表明该结构天线具有良好的超宽带和小型化特性,其电压驻波比(VSWR)小于2的相对带宽达到了59%,覆盖了12.3~22.5GHz的频率范围,同时,研究了微带天线的结构参数对S11的影响。最终制作天线并进行了测试,实测结果与仿真结果基本吻合。
A novel design approach of UWB microstrip patch antenna is presented in this paper. The coupling between E-shaped patch and two slots on the ground plane is used to expand bandwidth. This antenna is analyzed and optimized by software HFSS 11, the simulation results show that the structure of antenna can effectively improve the bandwidth of microstrip antenna, Its measured impedance bandwidth VSWR〈2 : 1 reaches 59%, covering 12.3 - 22.5GHz. Finally, a sample antenna is fabricated and the performance is tested, the measured result shows a good agreement with the simulated.
