金荞麦提取物抑制腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠的肠运动功能 被引量:7

The extracts of Fagopyrum cymosum(Trev.)Meisn.inhibited intestinal motor function of rats with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

摘要 目的探讨金荞麦提取物(Fag)对腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)大鼠的肠运动功能的影响。方法用新生期乳大鼠母源性分离(NMS)联合醋酸(AA)灌肠法制作D-IBS模型;造模成功后,成年IBS大鼠给予Fag6g/kg和Fag24g/kg灌胃2周;用双歧三联活菌胶囊(Bifico)作为阳性对照药物,以生理盐水灌胃作为正常对照。用腹壁撤退反射(AWR)评分评估结肠敏感性变化,用Bristol大便性状评分评估大鼠粪便稀便级并计算其粪便颗粒数的变化。结果 D-IBS模型大鼠在20、40及60mmHg压力下AWR、Bristol评分及粪便颗粒数均增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),24g/kg的Fag干预后与Bifico同样能明显降低模型大鼠的AWR评分和改善排便异常(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 Fag可改善D-IBS大鼠肠功能亢进引发的痛觉过敏和腹泻。 Objective To investigate the impact of extracts of Fagopyrum cymosum(Trev.)Meisn.(Fag) on intestinal motor function of rats with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS).Methods The D-IBS animal model was established by the method of neonatal maternal separation combined acetic acid enema.After the model was established successfully,6 g/kg Fag and 24 g/kg Fag(experimental group),bifid triple viable capsule(Bifico,positive control group),and normal saline of equal volume(normal control group) were given respectively through intragastric administration to the adult D-IBS rats for 2 weeks.The colonic sensitivity was evaluated by the score of abdominal withdrawal reflex(AWR);the fecal loose grade was assessed by Bristol fecal trait score;the numbers of fecal pellets were calculated.Results In the adult D-IBS model rats of normal control group,all of the AWR scores under the pressures of 20,40 and 60 mmHg,and Bristol scores as well as the numbers of fecal pellets increased significantly(P0.05 or P0.01).In D-IBS rats after intervention by 24g/kg Fag or by Bifico,the AWR scores decreased,and the abnormal defecation was improved(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusions Fag can improve the hyperalgesia and diarrhea of D-IBS rats induced by intestinal hyperfunction.
