微波射频瞬时测量技术探讨

摘要 对接收机前端射频输入信号特性进行分析,设计了接收机、参数测量电路、探讨了延迟线鉴相法和计数法两种瞬时测频方法,就脉冲信号的脉宽和重频周期测量进行了阐述。在工程上实现将全部测量数据通过时序电路形成数据流传送到便携式计算机的数据采集卡上,并以指定长度、指定格式、指定位格式的脉冲描述字PDW,形成约定格式的数据文件,供给系统显示、存储、记录,并通过局域网传送到指定的地点。 The radio frequency input signal character of receiver front was analysed.The receiver and parameter measurement circuit was designed.Two instantaneous frequency measurement,the delay line phase distinguish method and counting method were discussed.And the pulse width and repetition frequency period measurement of pulse signal were illustrated.It was working that all measurement data send to data acquisition card of portable computer through time sequence circuit in the format of data stream.It generated a special format data file of the measurement data in a specified length,format and PDW(pulse description word) in specified bit format.The file was used to display,storage and record for the system,and send to the appointed place through local area network.
