China Foundry Week 2012,organized by the FoundryInstitution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society（FICMES）,was successfully held between October22ndand25th,at the Suzhou International Conference Centre.The event attracted more than560attendees fromAmerica,Korea,and China.There were over210papersincluded in the Proceedings of China Foundry Week2012,of which12reports were destined for the plenary talks,
