Enlightenment of Foreign Payment Systems of DRGs to China

通过对国内外实施诊断相关分组(DRGs)付费制度发展现状和实践情况的系统性研究,借鉴发达国家和地区在建立和实行DRGs付费制度的先进经验,分析我国DRGs付费制度的发展历程和实践状况,探讨DRGs医疗保险费用支付方式在我国的应用及发展前景,以期为我国进一步开展DRGs研究与应用提供依据。

This paper reviewed the systematic research of implementation of Diagnosis Related Groups （DRGs） payment system＇s development status and practice at home and abroad, sought the advantage of experience of DRGs payment sys- tems in developed countries and regions, analyzed the development progress and the practice of DRGs in China, explored the application and development of DRGs in China, and provided the basic data for the study and application of DRGs in China.
