健康教育在胎儿畸形引产孕妇中的应用

摘要 目的探讨因胎儿畸形引产孕妇的健康教育需求。方法回顾性分析75例因胎儿畸形引产孕妇的临床资料,针对孕妇不同时期的心理需求提供与之相适应的健康教育内容。结果因胎儿畸形引产的孕妇对健康教育有普遍需求,健康教育前的情绪低落75(100.0%)、痛苦63(84.0%)、恐惧60(80.0%)等心理问题经健康教育后均得到了明显改善,经分析有统计学意义(χ2值分别为117.856、12.458、88.916,均P〈0.05)。结论因胎儿畸形引产的孕妇相关健康知识缺乏,需要有针对性地治疗和康复指导,有计划性地对引产孕妇实施阶段性健康教育。 Objective To study the health education needs of women with induction of fetal malformation. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 75 cases with fetal malformation abortion was conducted. According to psychological needs at different period, the corresponding health education was provided. Results Pregnant women with fetal malformation abortion had general needs on health education. The problems before health education, such as depressed mood (75, 100.0% ) , pain (63, 84.0% ) and fear (60, 80.0% ) were improved significantly after education, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 value was 117. 856, 12. 458 and 88. 916, respectively, all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Pregnant women with induction of fetal malformation lack related health knowledge, so it is necessary to treat and guide them pertinently and staged health education should be carried out for them.
