摘要
ARP的应用整合了多重管理信息资源,在研究所管理中发挥了重要作用,尤其在推动人事管理向人力资源管理转型中起到了推动、促使和深化作用。本文从应用ARP进行人力资源管理业务的实践中,总结了ARP引发的管理变化和变革,并根据切身体会提出了针对系统改进的相关建议。
