关于提高所级ARP系统中信息服务与管理平台应用效率的几点思考

通过十年的积累,ARP系统内形成了丰富而全面的数据以及知识资源。全面开发利用系统内信息和知识资源是ARP系统一直以来的核心。对于所级ARP系统,信息服务与管理平台应用效率直接关系着所级ARP系统在研究所应用推广的效果。本文通过分析信息服务与管理平台的功能,结合作者在一线ARP系统应用中的经验,对提高信息服务与管理平台应用效率进行了思考,提出了四点建议:提高ARP系统数据质量;调动用户主动反馈建议,优化平台功能,增强用户友好应用体验;针对ARP关键用户进行平台应用的系列强度培训;针对所级高端用户,推广决策支持应用。

ARP system＇s applied effect bears a direct relationship to the applied efficiency of the information service and management platform. Thispaper analysied functions of the information service and management platform and its grassroots application situation. Based on this analysis, this paper puts forward some considerations： improve ARP system＇s data quality; provide rich user-friendly experience;provide platform application knowledge, training and education for ARP key users; vigorously expand the widespread use of decision supoort aoolication module to hi^h-end users.
