恶性血液病伴发急腹症的麻醉处理(附25例病例分析)

Anesthesia and management in patients with the hematological malignancies with acute abdomen:an analysis of 25 cases

目的探讨恶性血液病患者伴发急腹症进行外科手术的麻醉处理。方法回顾性分析25例成人恶性血液病患者伴发急腹症的术前情况、麻醉选择、麻醉管理和麻醉相关的并发症。结果通过充分术前评估与准备,选择适当的麻醉方法 ,正确的麻醉操作,严密的围术期监测和预防麻醉并发症,25例恶性血液病伴发急腹症患者均能安全顺利的实施麻醉、手术。结论恶性血液病患者不是手术麻醉的禁忌证,综合处理对保证麻醉、手术的安全具有重要的意义。

Objective To summarize the anesthetic practice for hematological malignancies,25 cases of malignant hematological disease with acute abdomen were collected and analyzed.Methods To analyses the preoperative condition,the choice of anesthetic method,the per-operative monitoring and management and the complications.Results By proper selection of anesthetic method,complete preoperative preparation,suitable anesthetic practice,closely per-operative monitoring and prevention of anesthetic complication,all of 25 cases were able to keep the safety of anesthesia and operation.Conclusion The factor of hematological malignancies is usually not a contraindication of surgery and anesthesia.Comprehensive treatment on patients with malignant hematological disease accompanied with acute abdomen undergoing anesthesia and operation safety has important significance.
