血小板抗体在血小板输注无效患者中的表达意义

The significance of platelet antibodies on patients with invalid platelet transfusion

目的探讨血小板抗体在血小板输注无效患者中的表达意义。方法血小板输注无效患者共63例作为观察组,未发现血小板输注无效患者60例作为对照platelet antibodies组,测定所有患者的血清血小板抗体(PLT抗体)。结果在对照组中PLT抗体阳性率为10%,观察组PLT抗体阳性率为65.1%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论在血小板输注无效的患者中血清PLT抗体扮演了重要的角色。

Objective To study the significance of platelet antibodies on patients with invalid platelet transfusion.Methods Sixty-three patients with invalid platelet transfusion were enrolled into the observation group.Sixty patients with valid platelet transfusion were enrolled into the control group.The platelet antibodies were detected.Results The positive rates of platelet antibodies were 10% in the control group and 65.1% in the observation group.There was a significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Platelet antibodies plays an importment part in patients with invalid platelet transfusion.
