69例偏头痛患者性格和应付方式对照研究

A Compared Study of Personality and Coping Style in 69 Patients with Migraine

目的 :探讨性格和应付方式与偏头痛的相关性。方法 :采用艾森克问卷、应付方式问卷对 69例偏头痛患者进行临床对照研究。结果 :1 偏头痛组艾森克问卷的N因子分以及应付方式问卷的自责、幻想、合理化因子分显著高于对照组。 2 神经质组 (N分高组 )偏头痛发生的相对危险度 (OR)为 6 1,不成熟应付方式自责、幻想和合理化高分组的OR分别为 3 6、6 9和 2 9。结论 :偏头痛患者存在性格的缺陷和常使用不成熟的应付方式。

Objective: To explore the correlation between personality, coping style and occurrence of migraine Method: Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Coping Style Questionnaire were administered to 69 patients with migraine and 69 normal controls Results: 1 N score of EPQ and self-blame, illusion and reasonableness scores of Coping Style Questionnaire were higher in patients with migraine than those in control group 2 The odd ratio was 6 1 in the neurotic group (with N score 〉55) and were 3 6, 6 9 and 2 9 in the higher scores groups of immature coping style of self-blame, illusion and reasonableness respectively Conclusion: The patients with migraine have personality deficiency and often resort to immature coping style
