摘要
目的 :了解住院慢性精神分裂症病人的社会功能状况及影响因素。方法 :对 113例病程≥ 5年 ,符合CCMD -2 -R中精神分裂症诊断标准的住院病人 ,用SDSS -Ⅰ进行评估及因素分析。结果 :社会功能缺陷发生率为 77 9% ,SDSS -Ⅰ评分与病程 ,住院时间 ,SANS评分显著正相关 ,与工娱、心理治疗和假出院时间显著负相关。不同病人组SDSS -1评分有一定差异。
Objestive: To understand the conditions and influencing factors of social function in hospitalized chronic schizophrenic patients Method: one hundred and thirteen hospitalized schizophrenics with the course longer than five years and fulfilling CCMD-2-R criteria were evaluated with Social Disability Screening Schedule-Improved (SDSS-I) and factorial analysis was performed Results: The incidence of social function deficiency was 77 9% The scores of SDSS-I were positively correlated with illness course, hospitalization time and the score of the Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS), and were negatively correlated with the time of work recreation, psychotherapy and peudo-release
