软骨祖细胞的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着老年人口的增加,以关节软骨退变为主要特点的骨关节疾病日益引起社会的关注,尤以骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)表现突出。其病理表现为疾病组织内细胞功能活性降低、组织内促合成(anabol-ic)细胞因子的功能活性低于促分解(catabolic)细胞因子以及炎性因子和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)活性增加等[1,2],引起细胞外基质的合成-降解平衡失调,导致其生物力学功能减低。研究表明发生退行性改变的OA关节软骨中软骨祖细胞(CPCs)的数量及功能活性均发生了改变,
