Approaches for Educating Party Members from College Students

根据人才的成长周期,立足影响高校学生党员成长的三种要素进行分析,无论是当今的社会环境,还是高校基层党组织,对高校学生党员的教育培养都存在导向偏差。做好高校学生党员培养工作,应优化社会环境,发挥组织优势,重视学生党员的全面发展。

This paper, based on the theory of talent-growth cycle, tries to analyze the three major elements affecting the growth of Party member from students. No matter in the society or in the Party organizations of the university, there exist some guiding deviations in educating Party members from students in universities. So improvement of social environ- ment, making use of the organizational advantages and more attention paid to the all-round education of the Party member from students should be conducted so as to educate them better.
