图文式临床护理路径在脊柱侧弯术患者宣教中的应用

Graphic Text Clinical Care Path in Scoliosis Patients Education Application

目的提高患者对脊柱侧弯健康宣教知识及功能锻炼的掌握,减少并发症。方法将单纯性脊柱侧弯术患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用传统的教育方式治疗,观察组发放脊柱侧弯后路矫形内固定术患者图文临床护理路径表,严格按照路径表的内容执行并做好记录。结果观察组健康宣教知识、功能锻炼及满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论图文式临床护理路径具有直观、易懂等特点,可提高医疗护理质量及患者的满意度。

Objective Improve in patients with scoliosis health education knowledge and functional exercise control,reduce complications.Methods The simple line of scoliosis surgery in patients with 60cases,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional education modes of therapy,observation group distributed posterior scoliosis internal fixation with graphic clinical nursing path table,in strict accordance with the path table of contents to perform and record.Results The observation group health education knowledge,functional exercise and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）,the complication rate was significantly lower than that of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions Graphic text clinical care path is intuitive,easy to understand and other characteristics,can improve the quality of medical care and patient satisfaction.
