摘要
综合分析电力信息通信的发展状况,结合ICT技术的最新发展成果,论证信息通信在电力新型应用模式中承担的重要工作角色,提出"以资源融合为基础,以规范流程为框架,以综合评价为核心"的信息通信一体化运维框架。指出了建设电力信息通信一体化运维体系,在资源模型、监测数据融合、智能告警、指标评价体系、运行状态评估、网络态势可视化等领域需要解决的关键技术问题。
The development of the information and communication network in power grid is analyzed, and combined with the latest achievements of ICT, the important role of information and communication in new apphcations is described. The integrated operation and maintenance architecture ＂with the resource convergence mode as the foundation,the standardize processes as the framework and the performance appraisal as the system core＂ is proposed. The key technologies are pointed out in different aspects： resource model, data fusion, intelligent warning, indicator evaluation system, operating status assessment, network situation visualization, etc.
