论科学发展观背景下矿业企业文化再造

Research on Enterprise Cultural Rebuilding of Chinese Mining Enterprises in the Context of Scientific Concept of Development

本文从矿业行业可持续发展的角度明确了企业文化的作用。通过分析以往矿业企业文化建设中存在的一些问题指出矿业企业构建新型企业文化的思路与方法。最后,提出矿业企业通过塑造核心企业精神、突出企业人文文化、重视质量文化、打造企业品牌、加强矿业企业安全文化建设、提高企业科技创新能力等手段构建科学发展观背景下的新型矿业企业文化。

From the perspective of sustainable development of the mining industry, the role of corporate culture is clarified in this paper. We point out some of the problems that existed in the process of mining enterprise culture construction in the past, and give the ideas and methods of building new corporate culture of mining enterprises in the context of the scientific development. In the end, we come up with some ways to build a new mining enterprise culture in the context of scientific concept of develdpment, such as shaping the core spirit of enterprise,emphasizing enterprises humanistic culture,focusing on quality culture,building brand,strengthening construction safety culture, improving the capability of technological innovation.
