学科交叉是形成一门新的综合理论系统,两门或两门以上优势学科依存于内在逻辑关系而联结和渗透,具有整合性、远缘性、多样性的特征,是21世纪学科发展的主流,已成为大学学科建设的重要途径和主要手段。多学科交叉融合并与经济、社会等各方面的可持续发展紧密相关,已成为气象科学发展的趋势和新特征,气象学科交叉融合要处理好"多"与"精"、"合"与"分"的关系,气象交叉综合课程区别于传统课程,是高校课程建设的发展趋势,是气象科学发展的关键一环。
Multi-disciplinary intersection is a new integrated theory system with a combination and permeation of the internal logic relationship between two disciplines or among three disciplines. It has the characteristics of integration, marginality, and diversity, is the mainstream of the disciplines in the 2ist century, and has become an important way and a main method of the construction of disciplines in colleges.The relationship between intersection and integration of multi-disciplines sustainable development of economy and society has become the trend and new features of the development of the meteorological science. The intersection and integration of meteorological disciplines should deal with the relationship between the quantity and quality and that of combination and separation. The meteorological cross integrated curriculum which is a growing trend of course construction and a key to the development of meteorological science is different from traditional courses.
