摘要
护理工作是展现一家医疗单位工作水平,以及专业能力的重要参考之一。本文笔者就根据护理人员的专业能力、经验素质、学历水平,以及工作年限等进行分析,从而系统阐述分层带教在护理教学中的应用及效果。
The level of care work is one of the important references showing the expertise of a medical unit. The author analyzed the professional abilities, quality of experience, education level as well as work experience of nursing staff, such as analysis, and described the application of hierarchical teaching nursing teaching and its effects.
