本文就如何实现大学生的自我教育,在抓好"三育人"工作,学生管理以教育为主,学校各职能部门要分工协作,努力改善办学条件,建设一支高素质的学生管理队伍,对大学生进行操行考核,学校要为大学生实现自我教育搭建平台等方面,提出了自己的思考。

This article presented the author＇s thoughts on how to make the students＇ self-education, and grasp ＂three education ways＂ work. Student management mainly engaged in education, so school functions have to cooperate with each other, improve the conditions for running, build a high-quality teams of student management, conduct assessment for college students and set platform for achieving students＇ self-education.
