浅谈外科手术学实验室资源共享的应用体会 被引量:1

摘要 高等医学院校实验室是造就高级医疗科技人才的基地。实验室是学生将所学的知识运用于实践的重要场所,是反映学校教学、科研、学科建设和管理水平的重要标志[1]。实验室的合理化建设与科学化管理,是提高教学质量的基本保证,也是学科建设的重要环节。进入"十二五"以来,国家对教育和科研的创新发展日益重视,在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的指导下,不断推出支持政策、加大投入力度。我院为实现资源共享、促进学科交叉融合,提高实验教学质量,医学院对原隶属于各个学科的教学实验室进行了整合。各专业实验室设备器材的资源共享扩大了设备器材的使用范围,充分发挥设备效能,如模拟手术室是临床外科技能中心,可供临床专业,护理专业,麻醉专业共用。体现了学校整体化管理的现代化模式,提高了设备利用率,减少了资源浪费,受到广大教师们的欢迎。 The laboratory in higher medical colleges is the base to create advanced medical talents. Lab is an important place where students apply learned knowledge to practice, is an important symbol of the level of teaching, scientific research, discipline construction and management. The rationalization construction and scientific management of laboratory is the basic guarantee for improving the quality of teaching, is a key part of subject construction. Since entering "Twelve-Five", the country started to pay attention to the innovative development of national education and scientific research, constantly pointed out supporting policies, and increased investment degree under the guidance of the National Plan for the Reform and Development of Medium and Long-term Education (2010-2020). To achieve resource sharing, promote interdisciplinary integration, and improve the quality of experiment teaching, our school integrated teaching laboratory for the various disciplines. Resource sharing of laboratory equipment has expand the used range of equipment, gave full play to efficiency of equipment, such as the simulation operating room was the surgical skills centre, and could be provided for clinical, nursing, anaesthesia professional. It reflected the modernization mode of the overall management of school, increased equipment utilization rate, reduced the waste of resources, and was welcomed by the majority of teachers.
