改革30年中国失业统计的测算与评析

Thirty Years of Chinese Reform of Unemployment Statistics Calculate with the Analysis

失业统计是国家促进就业和控制失业的一项重要工作,失业统计偏差可能导致国家政策失当。本文从评析我国失业统计制度中存在的问题入手,利用1978—2007年间已有的统计资料,结合登记失业率和调查失业率以及"地劳比率变动法"对我国改革30年的失业情况进行重新推算,并提出相应的对策建议。
