摘要
发电厂静叶可调式轴流引风机的高压变频改造能够从根本上提高综合效益。本文从宁夏大唐国际大坝发电公司的可调式轴流引风机进行高压变频改造的准备工作及技术难题入手,深入地分析了合康高压变频改造过程中对双核DSP控制系统、无速度传感矢量控制技术的选用及主电路的构造。最后,全面地介绍了静叶可调式轴流引风机高压变频改造效果。
The HIVERT reform of static blade adjustable axial flow induced draft fan for the power plant improve the company’s comprehensive benefits fundamentally.This paper takes example of China Datang Corporation(Ningxia),which started with the HIVERT reform preparation work and technical problems of the adjustable axial flow induced draft fan,and deeply analyzes the dual-core DSP control system and no-speed sensing vector control technology selection and main circuit reform in Hiconics HIVERT reform process.Finally,this article fully introduces the HIVERT reform effects of static blade adjustable axial flow induced draft fan.
