通过分析开滦集团当前生产经营面临的问题,提出了确保预算滚动平衡、防范化解财务风险、保障安全正常生产、确保会计信息真实、牢固树立过紧日子思想、强化扭亏增盈工作等化危为机的对策。并提出了国家政策支持和强化行业监管等方面的若干建议。

With the analysis on the problems faced to the present production operation in Kailuan Group, the countermeasures to ensure the budget rolling and balance, to prevent and control the financial risk, to protect the safety normal production, to ensure true accounting information, to firmly set up an idea to have a belt tightening live, to enhance the returning work from lost and profit and to turn the crisis into opportunity were provided. The paper provided the several proposals on the national policy support and enhanced industrial supervision.
