To give teachers curriculum power is one of the conceptions in the new curriculum reform.Teachers＇ curriculum power refers to the activated strength which teachers possess and that can be dominated during the process of the researching,developing and implementing to those curriculums,which are empowered in the range of current education law and national curriculum policy.It derives from the development of curriculum conceptions,education law and curriculum policy and teachers＇ professional competence.It includes curriculum decision-making power,curriculum developing power and curriculum implementing power.
