百年大计,教育为本,教育是一个民族最根本的事业。为了进一步推进科教兴国战略,1999年中央启动高等教育扩招政策。
Education is the most fundamental cause of a nation.In order to further promote the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science,in 1999 the central started the expansion policy of higher education.
