在校学生提前到企业进行顶岗实习是高校学生锻炼实际动手能力的必经之路,也是企业提前培养员工的一种形式,深受企业、学校和学生的欢迎,但是顶岗实习学生因工受伤甚至死亡事故时有发生,如何处理此类事件已成为社会焦点之一。我们通过多次实践和总结,为该类事件处理提供了一些可供借鉴经验。
