当前,传统的信息服务正在向知识服务转变。本文主要论述了知识服务的内涵、向知识服务转变的必然趋势,以及知识服务的特点,并阐述了图书馆开展知识服务的模式。

With the arrival of the knowledge economy era,the traditional bibliographic information service is transformed into the knowledge service.This paper discusses the contents,the inevitability,the features of knowledge service,and meanwhile elaborates the model of the libraries knowledge service.
