本文主要论述了饭店服务人员需要具备的基本素质以及形成这些素质需要进行的训练活动,对于规范饭店从业人员的仪态、提升饭店服务人员的素质具有重要的指导意义。
This paper mainly discusses the basic quality hotel service personnel needing and the training activities for the formation of these qualities so as to standardize and improve the quality of hotel staff,hoping to be of important guiding significance.
