Analysis of Canada's Multi-ethnic Federal System on the Issue of Quebec

加拿大作为西方较早采用多民族联邦制度的国家,其相对宽容的民族政策和松散的联邦制度一直被认为是解决多民族国家民族问题的典范,但多民族联邦制度中过于追求省权也在一定程度上助长了加拿大魁北克地区分离主义倾向,本文通过对加拿大多民族联邦制度的政策和魁北克分离主义发展进行分析,对加拿大多民族联邦制度进行了反思。
