"80后"和"90后"是被社会普遍议论的两代群体,都具有鲜明的时代特征。当前大学校园里,"80后"辅导员面对"90后"的大学生,其工作内容和方法势必要进行创新探索。本文分别对"90后"大学生特征和"80后"辅导员特征进行了分析,通过比较,探索"80后"辅导员的工作思路。

The ＂post-80s＂ and ＂post-90s＂ are two generation groups that are generally discussed by the society,and they both include the distinct era features. In college campus, when the ＂post-80s＂ counselors face the ＂post-90s＂ students,it is necessary to create and explore the working contents and ways. Through analyzing and comparing the features between the ＂post-80s＂ counselors and the ＂post-90s＂ students,This paper explores the creative thinking about the ＂post-80s＂ counselors.
