关于做好中专班主任工作的思考

Reflections on the Work of Head Teachers in Secondary Vocational School

目前,由于受生源竞争影响,中专生综合素质下降,加上中专生思想不成熟,逆反心理重,自制能力差,学生管理难度不断加大,班主任只有加强工作责任心,以身作则,任劳任怨,认真做好班级管理工作,才能保障学校教育教学工作秩序的正常运转。本文结合作者多年的班主任工作经验,对如何做好中专学校的班主任工作提出了自己的看法,与广大教育工作者交流互勉。

Due to student resource,the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students is decreasing, besides, secondary vocational students＇ ideology is not mature, so the work of head teachers is very hard.The key element of ensuring the normal order of school education work is the head teacher. Based on years＇ experience of head teacher work, the writer proposes his own opinions on how to implement head teacher work, hoping to exchange with all educators and colleagues.
