摘要
学习拖延干预是用各种技术对拖延行为进行一定程度的控制,以达到减少拖延行为出现的频率或程度。本文在对国内学习拖延干预现状进行梳理的基础上,设计了针对大中小学生心理特点的干预方法,希望对不同年龄段的学习拖延者提供更有效的帮助。
Academic procrastination intervention is to use all kinds of technology to reduce the occurrence of procrastination behavior.Based on the present situation of the domestic,this paper designs a new intervention method to provide more effective help for different procrastinators according to different students' psychological characteristics.
