摘要
研究式教学是适应新时期干部教育培训教学改革、适应教学对象特点和需要的一种教学方法,具有开放性、探究性、实践性、自主性和协作性的特征,实施步骤主要分为课题形成、课题研究和研究课题成果的转化三个阶段。
Inquiry teaching is a teaching method adapted to the reform of cadre education in the new times, the characteristics and requirements of teaching objectives.It has the following features:open,inquiry,practice and cooperative.And it can be carried out in three steps:topic formation,topic research and the transformation of research result.
