高职院校创新型人才职业素养评价体系建构研究

A Study on the Construction of Evaluation System for the Professional Accomplishment of New-Typed Talents in Higher Vocational College

培养创新型人才应该纳入高职教育议事日程,构建职业素养评价体系是当务之急。本文提出了高职院校创新型人才职业素养评价体系的基本原则,并对创新型人才职业素养评价的主要途径进行了思考。

The cultivation of innovative talents should be on the agenda of higher vocational education, and the construction of professional accomplishment evaluation system is urgent.This paper proposes the basic principles of the evaluation system for innovative talent＇s professional accomplishment,and proposes the conception of the main measures in constructing this system.
