独立学院学生就业教育中应加强心理教育

Psychological Education should be Strengthened in the Employment Education of Independent College

当前,高校毕业生的就业形势十分严峻,对于独立学院来说,其院校性质的特殊性使得毕业生的就业面临更加巨大的挑战。在这种情况下,学生的自卑、焦虑、较低的抗挫折能力、过高的就业期望等各种心理问题更容易出现。因此,在独立学院就业教育中更应加强心理健康教育。

The employment situation of college graduates is very serious present.For the independent college,the situation is more seriously because of the special nature of the college.In this case,the inferiority,anxiety,low frustration tolerance,high employment expectations and other psychological problems are more prone to between the students.Therefore,psychological education should be strengthened in the employment education of independent college.
