对校长领导力的研究近年来越来越受到学者们的关注。本文首先解析校长领导力的内涵,其次分析目前校长领导力的现状及存在的问题、学校发展所需要的校长领导力,在此基础上提出关于提升校长领导力的建议。

The study on the leading power of the headmaster is hotter and hotter in recent years. This paper firstly introduces the definition of the leading power of the headmaster,and then analyzes the problems and the needs of school development,and finally proposes suggestions on improving the leading power of the headmaster.
