摘要
中小学教师教育技术能力培训已经在全国广泛开展,实现培训的实效性是教育技术培训的出发点和落脚点。结合中小学教师教育技术培训的实际,本文从培训管理、培训的方式和考核评价的角度出发,探讨如何提高教育技术培训实效性问题。
The educational technology training of primary and secondary school teachers have been implemented nationwide,and it is the base point and destination point of the training to actualize its efficiency.Combined with the actual effect of the training,from training management,training mode and training evaluation,this paper discusses how to improve the efficiency of educational technology training.
