民办高校行政管理专业毕业生的就业问题研究——以南京地区为例

A Study on the Employment of Graduates of Administrative Management Major in Private College:Taking Nanjing Area for an Example

项目组于2010年12月期间在江苏省南京市六所高校进行"南京地区民办高校行政管理专业学生就业意向"问卷调查,通过对调查数据的分析,得出民办高校行政管理专业毕业生的就业过程中相关问题的原因。并针对这些原因,提出相应的策略与措施,以期促进本专业学生的就业及长远发展。

The project group takes a sampling questionnaire survey titled ＂employment intention of administrative management major graduates in private higher learning institutions in Nanjing＂ among six colleges and universities in Nanjing,Jiangsu province in December,2010.Based on the analysis of the survey data,the author concludes reasons for relating problems of administrative management major graduates in the process of obtaining employment and put forward the corresponding strategies and measures to promote the students＇ employment and longterm development.
