中职卫生类专业毕业生就业趋势分析与对策

Analysis of Secondary Vocational Medical Majors' Employment Trend and Its Countermeasure

由于我国经济的发展及卫生领域改革,卫生类专业毕业生就业趋向近几年发生了一些变化。本文作者对近三年我校中职护理毕业生的就业率、升学率、专业对口率及就业地域选择、工资期望值进行统计、分析,探讨毕业生就业发展趋向及导致这一趋势的原因,并针对性地提出相应的对策。

Due to China＇s economic development and reform in medical field,medical majors＇ employment trend changes in recent years.This paper analyzes the statistics of secondary vocational medical majors＇ employment rate,enrollment rate,majoroccupation matching rate,place selection and salary expectation,and proposes relevant countermeasures based on the discussion of the causes.
