摘要
教师自我评价是教师评价的重要组成部分,是促进教师专业发展的有效途径和专业提高的根本动力。教师自我评价受诸多因素的影响,而教师作为自我评价的评价主体及对象,其自身主观因素对自我评价的影响很大。本文旨在从教师个人角度出发,探析教师自身的评价观、心理因素、知识水平这三个方面的因素对自我评价造成的不利影响,并提出相应的策略,以实现教师积极主动、客观合理地评价自我,最终促进教师自身的专业发展。
Teacher self-evaluation is an important component of teacher evaluation,and an effective way and the fundamental driving force to promoting the professional development of teachers.There are many factors affecting the teacher self-evaluation.Because teachers are the subject and object of self-evaluation,their own subjective factors on the self-evaluation are great impacts.This paper,from a personal perspective of individual teachers,analyzes the adverse effects of self-evaluation by the teacher's own concept of evaluation,psychological factors,and the level of knowledge.And proposes the corresponding strategies to promote teachers to conduct self-evaluation actively and objectively,and ultimately promote the professional development of teachers.
