摘要
学分制是一种新型的教学管理制度,其弹性学制、自由选修等特点为高校的学生教育和管理工作带来了一定的挑战,导致学生管理难度增加、日常管理弱化等问题的产生,需要学校学生管理部门及其工作人员革新思路,创新工作方法应对挑战。
The credit system is a new model of teaching mana-gement system,and its flexible length,free characteristics bring some challenges for university students and management work,so it causes some difficulties in student management.Therefore,student management department and its staff should innovate thinking and working methods,so as to meet the challenges.
