Contribution Soliciting of University Journals from the Perspective of Social Capital

社会资本在普通高校学报组稿过程中发挥着重要作用,社会资本中的信任、规范和社会网络等相关理论成为普通高校学报组稿的理论基础、必要条件和核心。当前普通高校学报组稿工作中面临着信任缺失、规范不严和社会网络不足等困难,因此,需要运用各种方式来积累普通高校学报的社会资本,提高普通高校学报的组稿能力,从而提高普通高校学报的学术质量。

Social capital plays a significant role in contribution soliciting process by university journals.Theories about the trust,norms and social networks of social capital are the base,necessity and kernel of contribution soliciting.At present,the contribution soliciting of university journals are confronted with problems like trust deficiency,barbarous norms,and incapability of social networks.Therefore,various methods should be employed to accumulate social capital for university journals and improve the contribution soliciting ability,so as to promote the academic quality of university journals.
