慢性肾脏病3、4期患者血清骨钙素与免疫指标的关系

摘要 目的:探讨慢性肾脏病(CKD)3、4期患者血清骨钙素(BGP)与白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)及CD19+CD69+B淋巴细胞的关系。方法:53例CKD3、4期患者,以双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测外周血BGP、IL-6、IL-10水平,流式细胞仪检测CD19+CD69+水平、BECKMAN全自动生化分析仪检测血、尿肌酐(Cr),血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、尿素氮(BUN)水平。结果:CKD3、4期患者血清Scr、BUN、CD19+CD69+、IL-6、IL-10、BGP水平均高于正常组(P<0.01);Ccr、Ca水平低于正常组(P<0.01)。CKD3、4期患者骨钙素水平与Scr、IL-6呈正相关,与Ccr呈负相关。结论:CKD3、4期患者体内促炎性IL-6水平增高,BGP需代偿性增高以维持相对正常的钙磷水平。 Objective:To explore the relationship between bone gla protein(BGP),Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-10 (IL-10) and CD19+CD69+ B Cell in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 3-4.Method:The peripheral blood was taken from the 53 CKD stage 3-4 patients,and the parameters were examined as follows:BGP,IL-6,IL-10 by ELISA;CD19+CD69+by flow cytometry;Serum and urine Cr、Ca、P、BUN by Beckman-C800 automatic biochemical analyzer.Result:The Scr、BUN、CD19+CD69+、IL-6、IL-10、BGP level were higher (P0.01) than normal group,while CCr、Ca levels (P0.01) were lower.Significant positive correlation were observed between BGP and Scr as well as IL-6 levels(P0.05).And negative significant correlation were observed between BGP and Ccr(P0.05).Conclusion:For patients with CKD Stage 3-4,IL-6 participated in inducing inflammation activation,while the BGP level increases to maintain relatively normal calcium phosphorus levels.
