摘要 "1号店",首开中国"网上超市"模式的电子商务公司,以三年192倍的增长速度迅速成长为国内B2C网上购物平台的领导者。在复杂动态的电子商务竞争中,"1号店"仍需未雨绸缪、积极稳妥地制定企业发展战略。本文从企业实际出发,综合运用波特五力模型等战略分析工具,对"1号店"所处的行业环境进行分析研究,帮助其抓住发展机遇期,找准竞争优势,为该企业制定切实可行的中长期发展战略提供相关参考依据,从而帮助该公司持续实现高速发展。 YiHaoDian, which opened the first online supermarket mode of E-commerce companies in China,quickly grown into a leader in the domestic B2C online shopping platform, with a growth rate of 192 times in three years. Within Complex and fierce competition, YiHaoDian should still plan ahead, actively and steadily formulate enterprise development strategies. Based on an in-depth research and investigations on YiHaoDian,the writer comprehensively use Porter's five forces model of competition in the industry and other strategic analysis tools to help YiHaoDian analyze its external environment,seize development opportunities,find competitive advantage, so as to help the company continue to achieve high-speed development in the fierce competition in the networking market.
