摘要 高校新教师入职教育作为新教师专业发展中的一个重要环节,它是衔接岗前培训和在职教育的桥梁和纽带,在我国教师教育体系中却没有受到足够的重视。现在高校新教师入职教育中存在高校新教师入职教育的认识的不足、新教师入职教育形式的单一和培训内容的不完善等问题。基于组织社会化策略,通过:(1)提高新教师入职教育的重视程度;(2)建立系统的教师入职教育管理,考核评价制度;(3)丰富入职教育的培训内容等对策解决当前存在的问题,提高高校新教师的整体水平。 As an important link of the professional process of the new teacher, the inductive teacher education of the institutions of higher learning is the connection between the Pre-job training and on-the-job education, but in our country's teacher and education system it has not been enough attention. Now, there are some problems during the inductive teacher education of the institutions of higher learning, such as insufficient consciousness, monotonous form and barren content and so on. Based on the perspective of the organizational socialization strategy, through a series of measures to to improve the overall level of the inductive teacher education of the institutions of higher learning, such as has enough consciousness, establishing systematic management of the inductive teacher education and evaluation system, and rich training content etc.
