摘要
从我国目前高职院校图书馆的资源现状和存在问题入手,针对馆藏资源结构、资源建设现状和图书馆队伍素质等方面进行分析,阐述文献资源建设的目标和原则,并提出了高职院校图书馆资源建设的对策。
