he problems consisting in social archives sense, diathesis of files manager and manage system have been discussed in this paper. Which the means of improving on such as intensifying social archives sense, diversification and standardization of files service are brought forward by the author. Finally the three urgent affairs for ameliorating files service have been pointed out as well.
