摘要
针对高校图书馆的发展现状,指出图书馆员在图书馆服务中的重要作用,分析了高校图书馆员应有的角色定位,以期实现图书馆工作的顺利开展以及与时俱进地配合教学科研活动的深层次要求。
In the light of the current development situation of university library,this paper points out the important functions of the librarians in library service,and analyzes the due role positioning of university librarians for realizing the successful development of library work and meeting the deep requirements of cooperating with teaching and research activities competing with times ceaselessly.
