关于高校图书馆为退休教师服务的思考

Considerations about University Library's Service for Retired Teachers

随着我国老龄化社会的到来,高校退休教师将成为学校越来越重要的读者群体。阐述了高校图书馆做好退休教师服务工作的意义,对制约高校图书馆服务退休教师的因素进行了分析,提出了为退休教师开展人性化服务的对策。

Along with the coming of aging society in our country,the retired teachers will become a more and more important reader group in university.This paper expounds the significance of university library＇s good service for retired teachers,analyzes some factors restricting university library＇s service for retired teachers,and puts forward some countermeasures for providing humanistic service for retired teachers.
